Returns & Exchange
Returns are accepted solely for products identified as Dead on Arrival (DOA), meaning they did not function properly upon initial receipt.
Claims regarding Dead on Arrivals (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please carefully inspect your items upon arrival and promptly notify us of any issues within this timeframe.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us at Info@nicotine5.com. Ensure to provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. We might request pictures or videos to validate the issue.
Approved returns of defective hardware should be shipped back to us at your expense in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Once we confirm the defect, we will dispatch the replacement part and reimburse the shipping cost (equivalent to our standard shipping rate to your location)
Regarding age restrictions, every package is sent using Canada Post’s Proof of Age (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your province or territory) option. Packages returned due to age verification issues will not receive refunds.
